Ingredients: 30 grams of peanuts, 8 grams of tongcao, 12 grams of fenugreek, 50 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

The method is to first boil the tongcao and fenugreek, remove the residue and keep the juice. Then put the medicinal juice, peanuts and glutinous rice into the pot, add water and boil. After the peanuts and rice are cooked, add brown sugar and it is ready to eat.

Efficacy: Tongcao is sweet, mild and cool in nature. It enters the lung and stomach meridians, and can purge the lungs, promote urination, and promote lactation. Vaccaria is the seed of the Caryophyllaceae plant Vaccaria, which is bitter and flat in nature. The two herbs are used together to treat insufficient milk, with better efficacy.

4. Stir-fried yellow pork kidney

Ingredients: 500 grams of pig kidney, 50 grams of day lily, appropriate amounts of starch, ginger, onion, garlic, MSG, sugar, vegetable oil, and refined salt.

Preparation: Cut the pig kidney into two halves, remove the fascia and glands and set aside. After heating the pot, add the vegetables, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the pork kidney and stir-fry for a while. When the pork kidney changes color and is cooked through, add the day lily, salt and sugar and stir-fry for a while, add starch to thicken and stir well, and finally add MSG.
