Breast cancer grade 3

Breast cancer grade 3

Grade 3 breast cancer is a relatively serious cancer and is a relatively large tumor disease. This disease can be treated with surgical methods such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In addition, surgical removal of the tumor in the body can better isolate the spread of the tumor, but it will make women lose the ability to breastfeed. Therefore, female friends can understand the treatment of grade 3 breast cancer to avoid the occurrence of this disease.

1. Grade 3 invasive breast cancer actually means that the primary tumor is larger than five centimeters, and there is axillary lymph node metastasis and fixed lymph nodes. Therefore, if the patient reaches this time, she must actively seek treatment. Surgery can be performed. Surgery can remove the cancerous tumor in the patient's body. However, for grade 3 invasive breast cancer, it is best to undergo a total mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy, both of which have good results.

2 Chemotherapy can also be used, and it also has a very good therapeutic effect on grade 3 invasive breast cancer. It can be used before surgery to shrink the patient's cancerous tumor and reduce adhesion with surrounding tissues. It can also be used after surgery to kill residual cancer cells. It is best to perform chemotherapy in the early stages, and the duration should not be too long. The course of treatment should also be sufficient. The liver and lungs should also be checked during the treatment.

3. Endocrine therapy is also a treatment for stage 3 invasive breast cancer. This treatment requires taking tamoxifen, an anti-estrogen drug that can inhibit the growth of tumor cells. The daily dose of tamoxifen is 20 mg, and it should be taken for at least 3 years, generally 5 years. This drug is safe and effective. If patients are worried about the side effects of these treatments, they can also take some Chinese medicine to relieve them.

Invasive breast cancer stage 3 should be treated as soon as possible. If it becomes stage 4, it will be more serious and very difficult to treat. It may lead to death. Patients should not put too much psychological pressure on themselves. They should be more open-minded. Family members should also stay with the patients more often to counsel and comfort them.
