Drugs for treating polycystic ovary syndrome

Drugs for treating polycystic ovary syndrome

I believe that female friends are not unfamiliar with polycystic ovary syndrome, because in recent years polycystic ovary syndrome has become a more serious gynecological disease that harms modern women. Suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome will not only affect a woman's ability to get pregnant, but will also cause her belly to grow inexplicably. What medications should be used to treat polycystic ovary syndrome?

1. Polycystic ovary requires six endocrine examinations. Determine the function of the ovaries. If the ovarian function is not affected, you do not need to take medication for the time being. If the ovarian function declines and cannot regulate the normal menstrual cycle, it is recommended to take Diane-3-5 orally to regulate menstruation. At present, Diane-35 is widely used in clinical treatment of ovarian cysts.

2. Polycystic ovary is caused by dysfunction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, which destroys the mutual dependence and regulation, resulting in the ovaries being unable to ovulate for a long time. The typical clinical manifestations of this disease are anovulatory menstrual disorders, such as amenorrhea, functional uterine bleeding, oligomenorrhea or anovulatory menstruation, often accompanied by hirsutism, obesity, infertility, bilateral ovarian hyperplasia or unilateral ovarian enlargement and some changes in hormone levels. There are two treatments for polycystic ovary: one is medication and the other is surgery. General drug treatment is not very ideal.

3. Treatment of PCOS includes: General treatment: You should actively exercise, reduce the intake of high-fat and high-sugar foods, and lose weight. This can cause the androgen level to drop and help restore ovulation. Drug treatment: Drug treatment can counteract the effects of androgens and promote ovulation.
