Vaginal ultrasound probe

Vaginal ultrasound probe

When women do various gynecological examinations, there are many new items, especially B-ultrasound. There are two types of B-ultrasound for women to choose from. The first is abdominal B-ultrasound, and the second is vaginal B-ultrasound. Many women are worried about whether the B-ultrasound camera in the vagina will be too big and make them uncomfortable.

1. When using a vaginal ultrasound probe, the nurse will put a camera into a condom, apply a certain amount of lubricant, and then insert it into the woman's vaginal opening to observe the condition inside the vagina. The B-ultrasound camera will not feel uncomfortable. Under normal circumstances, the inserted part will be about 15 centimeters, but it will not be completely inserted. As long as half of it is inserted, it can be seen clearly, and the condition of the woman's vagina will be clear.

2. When doing vaginal B-ultrasound, make sure that the woman has not had sex. If a woman has had sex, she will not feel very painful when doing vaginal B-ultrasound. Although the length of the vaginal B-ultrasound is relatively long, its width is about one centimeter, which is the same as the male penis, so it will not make women feel very painful. In addition, when doing vaginal B-ultrasound, some lubricant is applied for easy inspection. With the help of lubricants, the damage to the female vagina is very small, and women will not feel too uncomfortable.

3. When doing vaginal B-ultrasound, be sure to observe whether the doctor has put a condom on the camera. If not, remind the doctor to put it on, because cross-use of the vaginal ultrasound camera may cause gynecological infection in women, and women's metabolism also contains some toxins, which may also put women at risk of infection.

Intravaginal B-ultrasound has incomparable advantages over abdominal B-ultrasound. Intravaginal B-ultrasound can observe the condition of the ovaries in the female vagina and the condition of the pelvis very clearly, and the imaging and echo are much better than abdominal B-ultrasound. Therefore, if ladies want to check their gynecological conditions more clearly, it is better to choose intravaginal B-ultrasound. Please also relax and do not worry that the camera of intravaginal B-ultrasound will cause you too much pain.
