Breast nipple pain

Breast nipple pain

Breast nipple pain mainly occurs during menstruation and ovulation. This is caused by complications of the menstrual period and is a normal physiological phenomenon. This phenomenon will disappear with the disappearance of the menstrual period. In addition to breast pain, it may also be caused by mastitis and nipple infection and rupture. Especially when breastfeeding, pay attention to the feeding posture to avoid the child biting the breast and causing nipple pain.

Adolescent girls are in the stage of breast development, during which time the nipples begin to develop, so the nipples will have slight pain. The symptoms will disappear with the onset of menarche, so there is no need to be nervous. In addition, the situation where the underwear is too tight, the underwear does not fit properly, and friction due to a lot of exercise can also cause local pain. Therefore, in order to develop breasts well, you should choose suitable underwear.

Premenstrual breast pain is a common problem for many women. Before menstruation, the secretion of estrogen in the body causes breast pain, and the nipples will also experience pain. What's worse, pain will occur when touched, vibrated, or rubbed. This symptom will last until the end of menstruation and then gradually disappear. Some women who are breastfeeding may experience nipple pain or even rupture. In fact, most of these cases are nipple ruptures caused by nipple sucking and biting, so there is no need to worry too much.
