Minimally invasive treatment of breast nodules

Minimally invasive treatment of breast nodules

Breast diseases have a great impact on many women, because if there is a problem with the breast, it will make people feel very painful, and in severe cases it may develop into breast cancer and endanger people's lives. Therefore, if breast nodules are found, they should be treated in time to avoid it from turning into a more serious disease. Breast nodules surgery no longer requires surgery, it can be treated through minimally invasive surgery. Let's learn more about minimally invasive surgery for breast nodules below.

1. Breast nodules are cystic breast hyperplasia, a non-tumor disease. After the operation, you should combine work and rest, avoid excessive fatigue, participate in appropriate physical activities, and enhance your own immune function. You need to have a harmonious sex life and not be indifferent to it in order to maintain the hormone level in the body and the physiological regulation of breast tissue. However, the wound of this operation is relatively small and the pain during the operation is very small.

2. However, we still need to pay attention. Although the operation is not very difficult, special care is required after minimally invasive breast surgery. Be sure not to let the wound get infected and keep the wound area clean at all times. In addition to this, you must also use medical care solution to care for the wound every day, which is what we call disinfection.

3. Bleeding and hematoma during and after surgery can generally be treated by pressure bandage or self-absorption. In very rare cases, open surgery is required to stop bleeding. Therefore, minimally invasive surgery is not recommended for lumps with a diameter greater than 3 cm or lumps in the areola area. Patients with multiple fibroadenomas often need to choose multiple needle resections, or combine them with open surgery, preferably to control the number of lumps to less than 3.

4. Minimally invasive surgical specimens are generally not frozen during surgery and require waiting for a few days for the paraffin pathology report. You must be mentally prepared for the small number of possible malignant pathology reports and pay attention to follow-up to know the pathology report. Minimally invasive surgery is performed under dynamic monitoring under imaging (ultrasound or molybdenum target). Unlike traditional open surgery, there is a certain risk of local residual and recurrence, but the current clinical incidence is relatively small.
