How do I know I'm infertile?

In life, many people are not particularly clear about their physical conditions. Many women may have difficulty conceiving after marriage, but they have no signs of infertility. However, some women may not have menstruation. If they do not have menstruation, it means that there is a high probability that there is no uterus in the female body. So how do you know that you are infertile?

1. Congenital absence of uterus. It is often combined with congenital absence of vagina, but there may be normal fallopian tubes and ovaries. During rectal examination, the uterus cannot be touched at the area equivalent to the cervix and uterine body, but only the peritoneal folds can be felt.

2. Endometrial insufficiency during the luteal phase. This type of patient can ovulate and fertilize normally, but the endometrium where the fertilized egg implants is not fully developed, which affects conception.

3. Uterine hypoplasia. Also known as a juvenile uterus, it refers to a uterus with normal structure and shape, but a smaller size and a relatively long cervix, and may be accompanied by dysmenorrhea, infrequent menstruation, or even primary or secondary amenorrhea.

4. Bicornuate uterus. It means that there is a protruding corner on each side of the uterus. This type of deformity is milder, and the fundus of the uterus is concave inward. Depending on the degree, the so-called saddle-shaped uterus, heart-shaped uterus, and arcuate uterus are formed. If pregnancy occurs, it may cause miscarriage or abnormal fetal position.

5. Endometrial atrophy. Because the ovaries do not produce estrogen or the endometrium lacks response to hormones, endometrial glands and stroma do not develop or proliferate. This type of endometrium can be seen in hypopituitarism and ovarian dysplasia, and is more common in Sheehan's syndrome.

The above is some introduction by Chengyi Assisted Reproductive Experts on the categories of cervical infertility. I believe that no matter which category you suffer from, it is a big blow to women. Therefore, I hope that female friends will start to prevent the occurrence of the disease in their lives. If you have already suffered from cervical infertility, then I hope you can recover soon and have your own baby.
