How to take care of yourself during early pregnancy

In order to avoid this situation, you can further massage and improve your face.

Due to physiological changes during pregnancy, the facial skin of pregnant mothers will generally appear rough, sagging, with dark spots and wrinkles. To avoid this phenomenon, pregnant women can perform facial massage and forehead massage: place the middle and ring fingers of both hands on the forehead, and make small circle massage from the center of the forehead to the left and right sides. After massaging for 6 consecutive circles, gently press on both temples.

Massage the corners of the eyes: Use the fingers of both hands to massage 6 small circles from the corners of the eyes along the lower eye sockets, then go around the eye sockets and return to the corners of the eyes and press gently.

Massage around the eyes: Use your fingers to make circular massages around the eyes. After 6 circles, gently press on the temples.

Nose massage: Use your fingers to slide from the temple along the forehead to the bridge of the nose, and make small circles massage on both sides of the nose, a total of 8 small circles, massaging from top to bottom.

Lip massage: Place the fingers of both hands on the lips and make 8 small circles.

Massage the corners of the mouth: Use the middle and ring fingers of both hands to make 8 small circles on the corners of the mouth.

Chin massage: Make 8 small circles on the chin.

Massage around the lips: Use two fingers of both hands to massage from the chin along the corners of the mouth, upwards to the lips, and then from the lips to the chin.

Cheek massage: Use two fingers of both hands to make large circles around the cheeks, for a total of 8 circles, and then gently press on the temples.

Patting face massage: Put four fingers together and gently pat your face alternately from left to right, patting 60 times back and forth 3 times.

Neck massage: Place 4 fingers of both hands on the neck and massage from top to bottom, gradually massaging from the neck to behind the ears, for a total of 6 circles.

Follow the above method and massage your face with cleansing cream for 3 to 5 minutes before going to bed every 3 nights, then apply a hot towel.
