If women squeeze their breasts, they will feel pain. This may be related to fibrocystic breast disease, a common disease among women, which mainly occurs at an age when sexual function is strong. If any abnormality in the breast persists for a long time, you should seek medical attention promptly to avoid making the disease worse due to delay.

What causes pain when pressing left breast?

1. You may be suffering from mild breast hyperplasia. This disease is a common symptom of female friends. During the sexual peak period of 18-40 years old, pregnancy and lactation or premenopause, due to the large amount of estrogen secretion, it is easy to cause breast tissue hyperplasia, or breast fullness, hardness and tenderness a few days before menstruation;

2. In severe cases, the breasts will become swollen and painful with just a slight vibration or collision. This is caused by increased estrogen levels in the body before menstruation, breast hyperplasia, and edema of breast tissue. Don't worry too much about this.

2. Massage your breasts frequently. Gently massaging the breasts can help return excess body fluid to the lymphatic system. When massaging, first apply soapy liquid to the breast, and rotate your fingers along the surface of the breast in a circle about the size of a coin. Then use your hands to press the breasts in and bounce them up, which is extremely helpful in preventing breast discomfort.

3. Wear a secure bra. In addition to preventing breast sagging, the more important function of a bra is to prevent further compression of the already compressed breast nerves and eliminate discomfort. Careful sisters will find that those jogging athletes wear stable bras for this health reason.

4. Avoid diuretics. Diuretics do help remove fluid from the body and can also reduce breast swelling. But this immediate relief comes at a cost. Excessive use of diuretics can lead to potassium loss, disrupt electrolyte balance, and affect glucose formation.
