Girls have abdominal pain

After girls enter puberty, they should pay special attention to the health of their reproductive system. Because some organs of the girls' reproductive system have gradually developed during this period, and menstruation will also occur. It is common for girls to experience lower abdominal pain when they have their menstrual period. However, sometimes lower abdominal pain may also be caused by gynecological inflammatory diseases, so it is very necessary for girls to understand the causes of lower abdominal pain.

What's wrong with the pain in my lower abdomen?

1. Non-inflammatory lower abdominal distension is commonly caused by ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cyst pedicle torsion and rupture: intra-abdominal bleeding caused by ectopic pregnancy. The pain symptoms vary with the amount and speed of bleeding; ovarian cyst pedicle torsion. When the pedicle of an ovarian cyst twists, pain suddenly occurs on one side of the lower abdomen, which is persistent colic, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting. In addition, ovarian cysts may rupture, and the contents of the ruptured cysts may irritate the peritoneum and cause pain.

2. Tumor pain When gynecological malignancies progress to the late stage, unbearable and intractable pain may occur. Lower abdominal pain is often accompanied by lumbar pain, and the pain often radiates to the lower limbs.

3. Chronic lower abdominal distension has many causes and is often accompanied by lumbar pain and increased leucorrhea. It is common in chronic inflammation of the reproductive organs, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic congestion and psychological pelvic pain.

4. Women with chronic genital inflammation may experience long-term lumbar pain and lower abdominal pain, which worsens after sex and during the menstrual cycle. It is often accompanied by increased leucorrhea, which is mostly caused by chronic cervicitis. If you experience long-term lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar pain that worsens after fatigue, sex, or before and after the menstrual cycle, and are often accompanied by menstrual cycle disorders and fatigue, it is mostly caused by chronic pelvic inflammation.

5. Dysmenorrhea is divided into primary and secondary dysmenorrhea. Primary pain often occurs in adolescent girls for unclear reasons. It can usually heal itself as you grow older or after getting married and having children. Secondary pain is often caused by endometriosis and adenomyosis.

6. Acute lower abdominal distension caused by other reasons. Acute lower abdominal pain may occur when uterine perforation occurs during artificial abortion or IUD. Ovarian endometrial cysts (chocolate cysts) may rupture as they grow larger during the menstrual cycle, and the cyst contents may irritate the peritoneum and cause severe abdominal pain.
