The harm of staying up late to girls' skin

Staying up late is the norm for many people nowadays. Whether it is due to the needs of work or study, or personal entertainment at night, it leads to the current situation of older groups staying up late. Many girls seek various skin care methods in their lives. In fact, not staying up late is the best care for your skin. Staying up late will cause the body's skin to secrete more oil, and at the same time, many body wastes cannot be excreted. For girls, staying up late for a long time will make the skin lose its elasticity and luster, and various skin problems will come to the door.

1. Yellow and dark skin

Due to staying up late and irregular lifestyle, many waste metabolites and melanin in the body and skin cannot be excreted normally, so they will be deposited in the skin and body, eventually causing dull and yellow skin. Friends with hormone-induced acne already have dull skin, and if they stay up late, their skin will look darker.

2. Enlarged pores

When the skin is sleeping, it can automatically metabolize and release hormones to repair skin cells quickly. However, when you stay up late, the sympathetic nerves are in a tense state. The sebaceous glands secrete abnormally vigorously, and the skin produces more oil. Staying up late will not provide enough blood to the blood vessels that maintain the skin. The metabolism of skin cells will be hindered due to lack of nutrition. The skin loses its elasticity due to fatigue, and the pores will become larger and larger.

3. Dryness and lack of water

Staying up late slows down the metabolism of keratin, and thick keratin accumulates on the surface of the skin. The skin cannot be repaired normally, and the sebum layer's ability to lock in moisture will also be limited. Therefore, staying up late will cause skin dehydration. Once the skin is dehydrated, it will cause many other problems, such as fine lines and peeling.

4. Cause acne

Staying up late and lack of sleep often will cause disruptions in skin metabolism, and oil secretion will become extremely abnormal, with excessive sebum secretion. If the pores are clogged or oil cannot be discharged smoothly due to other reasons, the sebaceous glands will continue to secrete, and sebum will accumulate in the pores to form acne.

5. Dark circles and swollen face

When the head and neck are always in an upright position, blood will flow downward from the hairline on the outside of the eyes. Once the body is tired and the metabolism is poor, the blood circulation will slow down, forming a circle of bluish color on the lower eyelid.
