Examination of the nipple reveals that it is small, with many cracks or ulcers on the surface, one or more ulcers, of varying depths, the cracks are vertical, and are painful. There will be a lot of yellowish liquid and bloody liquid coming out, and ulcers will appear in the cleavage around the nipple.
