What to eat when you are hungry at night during pregnancy

In the late pregnancy, many female friends always feel that they are very hungry at night, which is very uncomfortable. When the hunger is severe, it will completely affect their sleep quality and make their sleep worse and worse. At this time, you can eat some food to fill your stomach, but remember not to be picky and eat some irritating food.

In the last three months of pregnancy, the fetus grows fast and needs adequate nutrition, so the dietary principles for pregnant women at this time are:

1. Do not be picky eaters or restrict your diet;

2. Avoid excessive sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, and salty foods. Eat small meals frequently and choose foods that are easily digestible.

3. Eat more fruits and vegetables, fish, meat and eggs are essential.

Pregnant women in tropical areas like to drink soup, but they should not rely entirely on those two bowls of soup for nutrient absorption. The weight of a pregnant woman should not exceed 1 kg in a week. It is worth noting that some pregnant women are afraid that they will eat too much and the fetus will be too fat to be born. In fact, the size of the child is proportional to the pregnant woman's own conditions. It is normal for a 1.7-meter-tall pregnant woman to give birth to a 7-jin baby, but it is difficult for a 1.5-meter-tall pregnant woman. The normal range for a newborn baby is between 2.5 kg and 4 kg.

Fetal movement monitoring

After entering the late pregnancy, the intensity of fetal movement will gradually weaken, but because many pregnant women lack certain medical knowledge, they are afraid that the weakening of fetal movement is due to some problems with the child. This kind of thinking causes pregnant women to feel anxious invisibly, and this emotion is extremely detrimental to the development of the fetus. Experts say: In the late pregnancy, pregnant women should pay attention to the number of fetal movements, not the strength of the fetal movements. Because in the late stage, the baby has grown in size and can only bend his limbs, and there is no extra space in the uterus for the fetus to move in the mother's belly. Therefore, it is normal for the fetal movement to weaken.

Under normal circumstances, the average number of fetal movements in the morning, afternoon and evening is 5-10 times. Less than 5 times is abnormal. Pregnant women should feel the fetal movement in a quiet environment and relax. Of course, the late pregnancy is when the fetus is most likely to have problems. If conditions permit, fetal heart rate monitoring can be performed regularly once a week after 36 weeks of pregnancy.
