1. Relax

The negative emotions of pregnant mothers themselves have a relatively large impact on the fetus, so pregnant mothers should try to be open-minded about everything and not be too fussy. If you encounter something unpleasant, don't dwell on it. Pregnant mothers can learn some ways to relax and avoid fear and anxiety. Such as communicating and talking with others, learning about pregnancy knowledge, and conducting relaxation training.

At the same time, the husband and other relatives should also help the pregnant mother adjust her emotions, care for her and not let her suffer too much negative stimulation.

The prospective father should avoid saying or doing anything that may cause the pregnant mother to become suspicious, so as to keep the pregnant mother's mental state at its best.

2. Pay attention to your diet

Pregnant mothers should try to avoid drinking caffeinated beverages such as soda, coffee, tea and other drinks during pregnancy.

When eating, it is best to eat solid food and liquid food separately, and drink water or soup after a while after the main meal. Try not to eat on an empty stomach during the day. When you eat on an empty stomach, you often feel bad and are prone to nausea and vomiting, so always have some snacks on hand.

Vomiting can easily cause loss of fluid in the body and lead to fatigue, so it is necessary to replenish water in time. Pregnant women who vomit severely should go to the hospital in time and supplement their nutrition through infusion.

In addition, during this stage, the embryo also draws protein storage from the mother's body as it begins to grow and develop into a fetus. Therefore, the protein intake in early pregnancy cannot be lower than before pregnancy.

Only by eating well can you sleep well, so pregnant mothers should be careful not to eat foods containing caffeine, and also eat some foods that can make them happy.

3. Properly control the amount of water you drink

Since there is no particularly good way to relieve the symptoms of frequent urination in early pregnancy, the only feasible method is to control the amount of water you drink. If pregnant mothers want to avoid getting up frequently at night, it is best not to drink water within 1-2 hours before going to bed.

If you really run very frequently and are very uncomfortable, then I can only recommend that you use diapers - of course, the premise is that the pregnant mother herself does not feel uncomfortable using them.
