How long after biochemistry can you get pregnant

I don’t know if you have heard of biochemical pregnancy. In modern medicine, biochemical pregnancy is actually a form of medical abortion. Because biochemical pregnancy mainly refers to the fact that after the fertilized egg enters the female uterus, the fetus cannot be felt. There are many reasons why women have biochemical pregnancies. After a biochemical pregnancy occurs, women need to take care of their bodies. How long can they continue to get pregnant after a biochemical pregnancy?

How long does it take to get pregnant after a biochemical abortion?

It takes half a year to get pregnant after a miscarriage. Biochemical abortion is a type of abortion after biochemical pregnancy. Biochemical pregnancy refers to the combination of sperm and egg. Generally, human chorionic gonadotropin will be secreted seven days after the combination of sperm and egg. After another seven days, it can be detected with an early pregnancy test. Often the sperm and egg have combined and secreted, but they must combine into a fertilized egg, and the fertilized egg must return to the uterus to implant. Biochemical pregnancy means that the sperm and egg have combined, but have not returned to the uterus to implant, or have returned but not implanted. This is called biochemical pregnancy. Biochemical pregnancy means there is no clinical pregnancy. This symptom is now called "subclinical miscarriage" in medicine.

Biochemical pregnancy is a subclinical miscarriage and should be differentiated from other miscarriages due to illness or accidents. If it is a biochemical pregnancy, it will not have a big impact if it happens occasionally. After the menstrual cycle has ended, things will return to normal and it will not affect future pregnancies.

Progesterone (PRGE) and human chorionic gonadotropin (THCG) are both indicators of pregnancy. If the test results show a significant decrease and there is vaginal bleeding, it can be diagnosed as a spontaneous abortion.

Causes of pregnancy disorders: biochemical pregnancy

1. The fertilized egg itself is defective; (check the chromosomes of both parties)

2. Poor ovarian corpus luteum function, insufficient progesterone secretion, abnormal endometrium, affecting the implantation of the fertilized egg; (check six hormone items)

3. Uterine factors: uterine hypoplasia, uterine submucosal fibroids, endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, endometrial tuberculosis, etc. affect the implantation of the fertilized egg; (hysteroscopy)

4. Immune factors: Research on immune factors in recent years has shown that there are two immune conditions that affect conception. a Alloimmunity: sperm, seminal plasma or fertilized egg are antigenic substances. After being absorbed by the vaginal and uterine epithelium, they produce antibody substances through immune reaction, which prevents sperm and egg from combining or fertilized egg from implanting; b Autoimmunity: It is believed that there are zona pellucida autoantibodies in the serum of infertile women, which react with the zona pellucida to prevent sperm from penetrating the egg, thus preventing fertilization; (blood test to check immune antibodies and blocking antibodies)

5. TCM treatment: If the above tests are normal, see if TCM can find any problems; (TCM treatment)

6. Excessive mental stress, especially severe anxiety due to failure to conceive, and excessive psychological pressure. (Relax)
