Once a woman has an ectopic pregnancy, the most obvious symptom is the cessation of menstruation, which is the same as a normal pregnancy. The difference is that severe abdominal pain will occur immediately afterwards. In addition, the vagina is prone to bleeding. Vaginal bleeding will make pregnant women very frightened. At this time, they will suffer physical pain and mental torture. Therefore, for safety reasons, they need to go to the hospital for examination. So what will be the results of an ultrasound examination for ectopic pregnancy? Ultrasound manifestations of ectopic pregnancy: Sonographic manifestations of tubal pregnancy: 1. Transabdominal examination method: (1) The uterus is slightly enlarged, and a "false gestational sac" may be seen in the uterine cavity. The "false gestational sac" appears as a single ring-shaped dark area with weak reflectivity of the sac wall. (2) Endometrial thickening, but no nutrient artery blood flow 3) A mass can be seen in the adnexal area (4) Fluid dark area can be seen in the pelvic cavity: Since blood in the abdominal cavity easily accumulates in the rectouterine pouch, a fluid dark area can often be seen in the rectouterine pouch during ultrasound examination, and the depth is often greater than 1 cm. 2. Transvaginal examination: It is of great significance for the diagnosis of unruptured type. Transvaginal ultrasound images of tubal pregnancy can be divided into three types: (1) Gestational sac type. It is more common in early pregnancy when the fallopian tube has not yet ruptured, and an intact fetal sac or embryo and heart tube pulsation can be seen. (2) Massive type. The fallopian tube has ruptured, the fetal sac has flowed out, and the blood clots have gathered around the fallopian tube to form a hematoma. (3) Floating type. After fallopian tube rupture, acute and massive bleeding occurs. This type is common in interstitial pregnancy. Color Doppler examination can show the characteristics of trophoblast blood flow in the ectopic pregnancy mass, and the display rate is significantly better than transabdominal ultrasound. Delayed menstruation is usually caused by early pregnancy. In this case, if an ultrasound is performed, an ectopic pregnancy will be detected. Usually, the ultrasound examination will show no gestational sac in the uterine cavity. In this case, the chance of ectopic pregnancy is relatively high. Ectopic pregnancy can cause great harm to women, so it is necessary to detect it in time and perform surgery in time to avoid heavy bleeding. Usually, when doing B-ultrasound, there is no sign of ectopic pregnancy in the uterine cavity. In this case, the chance of ectopic pregnancy will increase. Usually, ectopic pregnancy is treated with surgery. When it is used externally, early treatment is required to avoid greater harm to the female body. After the ectopic pregnancy surgery, the patient should rest in bed. |
