Natural childbirth process

Natural childbirth process

Natural childbirth is a method of delivery adopted by most pregnant women. Currently, the more common methods of delivery are natural childbirth and cesarean section. However, the specific method of delivery needs to be decided based on your physical condition. In fact, the body of a mother who gives birth naturally recovers faster. If a woman wants to give birth naturally, it is best to exercise more during pregnancy, but the exercise needs to be based on her physical condition.

Natural childbirth refers to the entire process of a mother giving birth to a baby on her own through uterine contractions. It is not only good for the baby, but also for the pregnant woman, as she can quickly regain her figure after delivery, and her physical strength, health and other aspects will be better. As long as she takes good care of herself, there will be no infection problems. After birth, the baby's lungs expand easily, the breathing action is strong, and the baby is more vital.

Generally speaking, after about ten weeks of fetal development, the release of female hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the uterine cervix to gradually mature, leading to a gradual increase in internal uterine pressure. At this time, the calcium ion content in the uterine muscle cells in the body increases, causing the pregnant woman to gradually shift from a state of pregnancy to a state of excitement. The uterus begins to contract regularly, stimulating the delivery of the fetus.

When the amniotic fluid breaks and the pregnant woman's cervix is dilated to about six fingers, she is about to give birth. At this time, the pregnant woman needs to adjust her breathing and cooperate with the force of the uterus to promote the baby's expulsion from the body.

If a mother wants to give birth naturally, she must take good care of herself during pregnancy. On the one hand, she should do appropriate exercise within a scientific range to improve her body functions, which will help her maintain physical strength during delivery. While exercise can effectively enhance the physical strength of pregnant women, it can also exercise the abdominal muscles, preventing dystocia due to excessive looseness in the waist during delivery.

On the other hand, we need to change the old concept and avoid excessive supplementation to avoid the problem of overnutrition. In reality, there are many cases where eating too much nourishing food during pregnancy causes the baby to be too large and lead to difficult labor. In short, natural childbirth can avoid a lot of unnecessary trouble. Although the delivery process is difficult, postpartum recovery is quick.
