Postpartum pain in the middle of the buttocks

Postpartum pain in the middle of the buttocks

Not only before giving birth, but even after giving birth, female friends should pay special attention to their body recovery. Because women's bodies are under great pressure during the childbirth process, many women will have some obvious abnormalities in their bodies after giving birth. Every abnormal condition that occurs in a parturient should be taken seriously by herself and her family, so what causes pain in the middle of the buttocks after childbirth?

1. A series of compression symptoms caused by the increase in the size of the uterus during pregnancy can be relieved mainly by resting and avoiding standing for long periods of time. It is not advisable to do examinations now. You can eat more calcium-rich foods. Lie on your back with the painful side facing upward. Generally speaking, you should lie on your back. It will be more comfortable if you put a large pillow under your knees. If you cannot lie down, you can choose to find a lower step to sit on and support your chin with your hands. You can take a bath with hot water or use a wet towel for hot compress.

2. After delivery, the sacrum and coccyx may be displaced due to the traction of the sacro-uterine ligament, or pregnancy-induced iliac osteitis condensata, which can cause pain. Generally, the pain will go away after a period of time. Symptoms caused by local pelvic muscle stretching after childbirth generally cause local pain and limited movement, and require active treatment.

3. The treatment of sciatica is mainly divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Which treatment plan to choose depends on the specific cause of the disease. Conservative treatment includes medication, local blockade, acupuncture, massage and other physical therapies. Surgeries include traditional simple lumbar discectomy, nucleus pulposus ablation, ozone therapy, and the emerging transforaminal endoscopic discectomy. It is recommended that if you need to pick up something from the ground, try to squat down instead of bending over to pick it up; you can sleep on your left side instead of lying on your back; do not wear high heels. After wearing high heels, the whole body will bear a lot of pressure. In order to maintain balance, many people can only rely on straightening the chest, lifting the hips and tightening the abdomen to achieve the effect of balance. Therefore, the strength of supporting the whole body is concentrated on the waist, which is prone to lumbar muscle strain.
