What are the signs of endometrial cancer?

Endometrial cancer is a common malignant tumor of the male reproductive organs, and it is more common in menopausal and postmenopausal women. The incidence of this disease has continued to rise in recent years. In the face of this situation, we can only pay more attention to understanding the causes of the disease so that we can better prevent it and actively use medication to treat the disease. What are the signs before the end of life of endometrial cancer? This is of concern to many patients and friends. Let’s take a look at it below.

Endometrial cancer signs before death

1. Increased female secretions:

This is also a more critical symptom of endometrial cancer. With the continuous malignant progression of the disease, the growth of tumor cells, secondary infection and continuous necrosis, the patient's secretions will increase abnormally, and the secretions will be like rice washing water or mixed with blood, and have a relatively pungent odor.

2. Systemic symptoms:

In advanced endometrial cancer, due to the metabolism of cancer tumor tissue, absorption of necrotic tissue or combined infection, the patient's body will have varying degrees of fever symptoms, but most people's body temperature is around 38°C. In addition, patients will have varying degrees of anemia, weight loss, or malignant physical manifestations as they experience bleeding and tumor loss.

3. Migration symptoms:

When the disease develops to the late stage, the tumor cells spread forward and outward and can invade the bladder, causing the patient to have abnormal urination symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, painful urination or hematuria, which are easily mistaken by the patient for genitourinary infection; the disease metastasizes and spreads to the duodenum, and the patient often presents with anal prolapse, difficulty defecation, and some will develop rectovaginal fistula.

In the late stages of endometrial cancer, patients will continue to experience persistent pain and irregular vaginal bleeding, posing a huge threat to their health and personal safety. It is not difficult to see that for endometrial cancer, we must seek treatment as soon as possible during the illness period, otherwise it is easy to cause greater harm to the patient in the later stage.
