4. Take vitamins. The diet should contain foods rich in vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins. These vitamins help regulate the production of prostaglandin E. At the same time, eat less margarine because the hydrogenated fat in it interferes with the body's ability to convert essential fatty acids (from food) into gamma-linoleic acid (GIA), which promotes the formation of prostaglandin E and inhibits the production of prolactin.

5. Stay away from coffee. Although there is no conclusive evidence that caffeine causes or aggravates breast pain, clinical observations have shown that many women with breast tenderness or other related benign symptoms have experienced significant improvement in their symptoms after reducing their caffeine intake. This is not just about coffee. It's best not to drink any caffeinated soda, chocolate, ice cream, tea, or caffeinated painkillers.

6. Avoid drug abuse. Do not take anti-inflammatory or antibiotic drugs on your own to stop breast pain. This is wrong and dangerous because local steroid anti-inflammatory agents cannot be used to treat breast pain.
