Lobular hyperplasia with nodules

Lobular hyperplasia with nodules

Lobular hyperplasia with nodules is actually a relatively common disease. This disease can cause patients to feel a little pain or tingling. Although the impact will not be great, diseases that cause health problems should be treated in a timely manner. Lobular hyperplasia with nodules has common symptoms such as menstrual disorders and nipple discharge.

Fibrocystic breast disease is a benign disease occurring in the breast, which manifests as cord-like, lumpy or cystic nodules in the breast. Breast hyperplasia nodules are generally soft or medium in texture, accompanied by tenderness, good mobility, and clear boundaries. They often change with the menstrual cycle or mood, and the size of the tumor does not tend to increase in the short term. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the breast. It manifests as a hard lump in the breast that is non-tender, has unclear boundaries, is immobile when pushed, and increases significantly in a short period of time. It may be accompanied by enlarged axillary or supraclavicular lymph nodes, or inverted nipples, and orange peel-like changes in the breast skin. Fibrocystic disease and breast cancer are two common diseases that occur in female breasts. Their clinical manifestations are both lumps in the breast, but their natures are fundamentally different and the treatment methods are different. Therefore, when a tumor is found in the breast, you should go to the hospital in time, do corresponding examinations, and use Chinese medicine for treatment in time.

When it comes to breast hyperplasia, many female friends are familiar with it. It is a common disease among women that takes a long time to treat and has a high recurrence rate. Many women find lumps in their breasts and think they have fibrocystic breast disease. In fact, many breast diseases can cause breast lumps, which require syndrome differentiation and treatment. Breast hyperplasia refers to the proliferation of breast epithelial and fibrous tissue, structural degeneration of breast ducts and lobules, and progressive growth of connective tissue. The main cause of the disease is endocrine hormone imbalance. In addition to breast lumps, the early symptoms of breast hyperplasia also include the following:

Symptom 1: Menstrual disorders. Patients with this disease may also experience irregular menstruation, scanty or light-colored menstruation, and may be accompanied by dysmenorrhea.

Symptom 2: Nipple discharge. A small number of patients may experience nipple discharge, which is spontaneous, straw-yellow or brown serous discharge.

Symptom three: Emotional instability. Patients often feel depressed or irritable, which worsens when they are angry, stressed or tired.

Symptom 4: Breast pain. It is often a distending pain or stabbing pain, which may affect one or both breasts, with one side being more severe. Those with severe pain cannot touch the breast, and may even affect their daily life and work. The pain is mainly in the breast lump, and may also radiate to the affected armpit, chest ribs, or shoulder and back; some people experience nipple pain or itching.

Fibrocystic breast disease is a type of "benign breast structural dysplasia" that is very common in women. Drug treatment hopes to alleviate breast hyperplasia by regulating endocrine disorders, but it is very important to avoid or reduce factors that are unfavorable to breast hyperplasia in daily life. Otherwise, it will be difficult to control the proliferation with drugs alone. The following factors can prevent and treat breast hyperplasia:

1. Maintain a good attitude: be less angry, less tempered, keep your emotions stable, lively and cheerful, which is conducive to the early recovery of hyperplasia.

2. Change your eating habits: eat less fried foods, high-calorie, high-fat, and spicy foods. Eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains.

3. Maintain good living habits: Live a regular life, combine work and rest, have regular work and rest schedules, and don’t stay up late. Irregular work and rest schedules can disrupt hormone secretion and aggravate breast hyperplasia. Maintaining a harmonious sex life can regulate endocrine disorders. Keeping your bowel movements regular can help relieve breast tenderness.

4. Reduce estrogen in the body, control estrogen intake, exercise more, consume excess fat, and prevent obesity from aggravating breast hyperplasia. Avoid taking contraceptives containing estrogen, and appropriately control the intake of estrogen-rich foods such as soy. It is forbidden to abuse beauty products containing estrogen; eat less poultry and aquatic products fed with feed (containing hormones); use health products containing estrogen with caution; use hormone replacement therapy with caution to relieve menopausal symptoms.

5. Avoid multiple artificial abortions and medical abortions; breastfeeding can prevent problems before they occur.
