1. Excessive dieting and insufficient protein intake will keep the body in a state of hunger for a long time. 6. Not wearing sports bra during exercise. If you do not wear a sports bra when running, jumping and other exercises, your breasts will swing greatly and involuntarily, causing permanent damage to the elastic fiber tissue in the breasts.
