Darkening of the inner thighs of pregnant women

Darkening of the inner thighs of pregnant women

Many women are afraid of getting pregnant. One reason is that they are afraid of losing their body shape. Another reason is that pregnancy will bring many changes to the female body. Most women want their bodies to be white, clean and flawless, but many pregnant women find that some parts of their bodies are gradually turning darker. So why do some pregnant women find that the inner thighs are gradually turning darker?

Not only the neck of pregnant women will become darker, but also the following parts of the body will become darker.

1. Inner thigh

The inner thighs are a hidden part of the body, and these hidden parts are more likely to darken. The darkening of the thigh roots is related to the changes in hormone levels during pregnancy, but it will gradually get better after giving birth.

2. Under the armpit

Some pregnant women will have melanin deposits under their armpits, which look dark and even have some textures in some places. This really makes many pregnant women embarrassed, and they dare not wear short-sleeved shirts that expose their shoulders. However, these will gradually disappear, it just takes time.

3. Nipple and areola

Many mothers who have given birth say that the first sign of pregnancy is that the nipples become hard and the color of the areola becomes darker. This is because the hormones in the body change after pregnancy, which is then reflected in the nipples and areola. The nipples used to be pink or dark pink, but after pregnancy they turn directly into brown-red, which looks almost the same as black. At this time, expectant mothers do not need to worry too much. This is a normal change in the body and it will not disappear quickly after giving birth, but will slowly fade or disappear with the passage of time.

There are ways to deal with these embarrassing physical problems. I will explain them in detail here.

After mothers give birth, they certainly can’t go to the beauty salon to maintain their skin, so the safest method is diet therapy. There are many foods in life that can decompose melanin, such as tomatoes and lemons. As for tomatoes, you can just eat them raw, of course you can also stir-fry them. If you eat lemons directly, the taste is too sour and many people can't accept it, so you have to consider pairing it with honey. Honey is sweet and can just neutralize the sour taste. In addition, you can also drink some milk frequently, which also has a certain effect on decomposing melanin. And what expectant mothers need to pay attention to is that they should also pay special attention to their daily diet. They must eat less or even no dark-colored condiments such as soy sauce and vinegar.

Most expectant mothers will encounter some reactions during pregnancy. It is important to maintain a calm mind at this time, because sometimes these reactions during pregnancy also show that the body is relatively healthy. If some expectant mothers have no reactions during pregnancy, it is necessary to go to the hospital to check whether the hormone levels in the body are normal.
