Groin pain on both sides of the body in women

Groin pain on both sides of the body in women

When symptoms appear in any part of the body, there will be varying degrees of pain. When women experience pain in the groins on both sides, lymphatic and hernia problems should be considered. In addition, varicocele should also be considered. Regardless of the cause, when groin pain occurs, you should first determine the condition and seek medical treatment in time to avoid worsening the originally minor illness.

Groin pain

1. Inguinal lymphadenitis

Local groin pain is mainly caused by infection or inflammation of the lower limb lymphatic system.

2. Inguinal hernia

There may be local pulling pain after an inguinal hernia occurs.

3. Varicocele

Symptoms include a distended pain in the scrotum and possibly pulling pain in the groin.

4. Bone and muscle diseases

Local muscle strain, ligament strain, and nerve damage can cause local pain all year round.

5. Gynecological diseases

Masses, ovarian cyst pedicle torsion, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. can all cause groin pain.

6. Herniated disc, piriformis syndrome

It can also cause pain in the lower back and lower limbs, which may radiate to the groin area.

1. Inguinal hernia: After the onset of inguinal hernia, there may be local pulling pain and the formation of a local soft mass, which is obvious when standing and disappears after lying down. Local physical examination and B-ultrasound can also be used for diagnosis, and the main treatment is surgery.

2. Varicocele: It may manifest as a feeling of heaviness and distension in the scrotum, and pulling pain in the groin, but it usually improves after lying down. The local spermatic cord is thickened and tender. Frequent attacks require surgical treatment, and urology should be consulted for specific circumstances.

3. Seminal vesiculitis: The seminal vesicle is the place where sperm is stored. Inflammation of the seminal vesicle can cause pain. The pain may be in the lower abdomen, perineum, or groin. Patients with acute inflammation may experience lower abdominal pain involving the perineum and bilateral groins. Patients with chronic inflammation may experience dull pain in the suprapubic area and discomfort in the perineum. Regardless of whether it is acute or chronic, the pain is particularly obvious during ejaculation.
