Symptoms of cervical stickiness

Symptoms of cervical stickiness

The cervix is a very important part of the female body. When a woman becomes pregnant, she must ensure the safety of her cervix, because it is the main channel for sperm and eggs. I believe many people know that girls' cervix is prone to some problems, such as cervical sticking, which is a symptom that poses a great danger to women's health. So in daily life, when the body has a disease like cervical adhesion, what specific symptoms will it have?

1. Symptoms of cervical adhesions

1. Pregnancy abnormalities: If adhesions do not close the entire uterine cavity, the patient may have fertility problems and may be prone to pregnancy failure, including early and mid-pregnancy miscarriage, premature birth, ectopic pregnancy, missed miscarriage, and intrauterine fetal death. If the pregnancy reaches full term, there may be abnormal placental implantation. 2. Menstrual abnormalities: Amenorrhea (or oligomenorrhea) may occur in patients with complete uterine adhesions. The duration of amenorrhea may be very long, and treatment with estrogen and progesterone does not cause withdrawal bleeding. Partial adhesion of the uterine cavity and/or partial destruction of the endometrium will result in scanty menstruation but normal menstrual cycles.

2. Lower abdominal pain: The pain usually lasts for 3 to 7 days and then gradually subsides and disappears. After about a month, cyclical abdominal pain occurs again and gradually worsens. Generally, about one month after an artificial abortion or curettage, sudden spasmodic pain in the lower abdomen occurs, and more than half of them are accompanied by a feeling of anal distension. Some patients have severe abdominal pain, restlessness, difficulty in movement, and even passing gas and defecation are painful, and sometimes there is a feeling of urgency and heaviness in the abdomen.

2. Causes of cervical adhesion in women

1. There are many reasons for cervical adhesion in women. Some are caused by diseases, some are caused by bad living habits, and some patients have adhesions caused by chronic cervicitis. If the cervicitis is severe, it can affect the lesions of the cervix and cause inflammation.

2. Abortion is also one of the important reasons for cervical adhesion in women. If you have multiple abortions, it will cause cervical adhesion; multiple curettages in women can also cause cervical adhesion in women;

3. There are also many cases of cervical erosion leading to cervical adhesion; cervical adhesion often manifests as amenorrhea, abdominal pain, infertility, etc. When cervical adhesions prevent sperm from passing through the cervix, conception cannot occur.
