Symptoms of ovarian dysfunction

Symptoms of ovarian dysfunction

In our lives, many patients will have ovarian dysfunction. When they are dysfunctional, they will not only have some abdominal pain and back pain, but also their follicles and eggs will not be discharged. This will greatly affect their conception. Over time, women will age faster and faster. So what are the manifestations of ovarian dysfunction?

Symptoms of decreased ovarian function

Generally speaking, decreased ovarian function will cause the following symptoms.

1. The skin is dry, dull and prone to acne. Spots appear and easy to age.

2. Changes in body shape, menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, increased leucorrhea, foreign matter in secretions, endocrine disorders, prone to perimenopausal syndrome (palpitations, shortness of breath, hot flashes, sweating, irritability, insomnia, forgetfulness, suspicion), loose, sagging, and poorly developed breasts, unharmonious sexual life, vaginal dryness, and sexual apathy.

3. Emotionally unstable and easily angered.

Causes of decreased ovarian function

1. Too much pressure. Long-term mental stress or excessive pressure will affect the normal endocrine function of the ovaries, eventually leading to ovarian dysfunction.

2. Lack of nutrition. If women do not pay attention to their diet, long-term picky eating leads to adverse effects or lack of certain important nutrients, it may affect the normal functioning of the ovaries and cause ovarian dysfunction.

3. Congenital ovarian disease. Congenital ovarian diseases, such as absence of ovaries or immature ovaries, will affect the development and function of the ovaries and cause ovarian dysfunction.

4. Inflammatory infection. If reproductive inflammation is not treated actively, the inflammation will spread to the upper part of the body and affect the secretion of ovarian hormones, destroy ovarian function, and cause ovarian dysfunction.

5. Excessive weight loss. Estrogen secretion is based on body fat. If women lose weight excessively for the sake of beauty, their body fat will drop sharply, leading to insufficient estrogen secretion, thus inducing ovarian dysfunction.

6. Bad habits. Bad habits such as smoking, drinking, staying up all night for a long time, and eating spicy and irritating foods will interfere with the normal operation of the endocrine system, leading to menstrual abnormalities and ovarian dysfunction.

Healthy ovarian function is an essential part of female fertility. Only by protecting your ovaries can you have a healthy and happy pregnancy.

What to do if ovarian function declines

1. Maintain good eating habits

Maintaining good eating habits can help prevent premature ovarian failure. In daily diet, we must pay attention to nutritional balance. You can eat more fish and shrimp and drink more milk to improve the body's immunity.

2. Pay attention to emotional stability

When women are in a state of suppressed emotions for a long time, estrogen cannot be secreted normally, which then causes premature ovarian failure. Therefore, it is recommended that partners maintain an optimistic and generous attitude, which is also a way to prevent premature ovarian failure.

3. Get enough sleep

Staying up late and not getting enough sleep every day will reduce your partner's immunity, which will then lead to irregular menstruation, premature ovarian failure, and even ovarian infertility. Therefore, women must develop the habit of going to bed early and getting up early.

4. Avoid sitting for long periods of time

Sitting for a long time will cause the blood in the uterus, ovaries and other parts to be unable to circulate, thereby hindering the nutrient supply to the ovarian and uterine tissues. Therefore, it is recommended that women stand up and walk around more often.
