The test material is taken from one cell of an embryo at the 4-8 cell stage or the first polar body of an egg before or after fertilization. Sampling does not affect embryonic development. The test uses single-cell DNA analysis methods, one is polymerase chain reaction (PCR), which detects male and female gender and single gene genetic diseases; the other is fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), which detects gender and chromosomal diseases. As early as 1964, Edwards proposed the idea of ​​PGD.

Suitable for

1. Endometriosis and adenomyosis;

2. The woman has difficulty ovulating;

3. If a woman has blocked fallopian tubes, it will affect the combination of sperm and egg and affect the final conception;

4. Patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia. For men with oligospermia or asthenospermia who cannot be effectively treated with drugs, IVF can be done;

5. The woman suffers from ovarian failure. Some women with ovarian failure can also do IVF;

6. Immune infertility. Such as the presence of anti-sperm antibodies, anti-endometrial antibodies, etc.

The cost of IVF generally consists of two parts. One part is the cost of ovulation-inducing drugs. Due to the difference between using imported drugs and domestic drugs, the cost can vary greatly, ranging from 3,000 to 20,000 yuan, and generally costs around 5,000 to 15,000 yuan.
