Can I inject hyaluronic acid while breastfeeding?

Hyaluronic acid is a large molecular glucosamine polysaccharide that is synthesized in our body, mainly by interstitial cells, and exists in our connective tissue, skin, joint fluid and other parts of the body. Hyaluronic acid attracts moisture while also repairing and moisturizing. Currently, many breast enhancement products contain hyaluronic acid, but it should be noted that women should never use hyaluronic acid during breastfeeding.

Hyaluronic acid injection for wrinkle removal is not the same as the so-called small-needle beauty treatment. Small-needle beauty treatment involves injecting silicone, a substance that is not absorbed by the human body and can cause deformation of skin tissue. Hyaluronic acid injection for wrinkle removal does not have this disadvantage. It uses a product that has been artificially made into a gel-like crystal. But hyaluronic acid wrinkle removal is not suitable for everyone.

Hyaluronic acid cannot be injected during breastfeeding, because women have to put the health of the fetus first during breastfeeding and pregnancy, and many drugs cannot be used. Hyaluronic acid will also be absorbed and metabolized by the human body. If you breastfeed your baby during this period, it will easily affect the baby's future healthy development. In addition to not being able to get hyaluronic acid injections during breastfeeding, people with facial skin inflammation, allergies, or major illnesses are also not allowed to get hyaluronic acid injections. In addition, women need to avoid menstruation and pregnancy when injecting hyaluronic acid. If you are taking anticoagulants, aspirin, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, you should not have hyaluronic acid injected because these drugs may cause bleeding at the injection site or worsen bruising. People under the age of 18 are not allowed to inject hyaluronic acid.

If a woman injects hyaluronic acid during breastfeeding, first of all, all medical operations may have errors, and once a mistake occurs, it will inevitably affect breastfeeding. Secondly, during the period of breastfeeding, the size and shape of the breasts have not yet been determined. At this time, it is impossible to know how much hyaluronic acid should be injected to achieve the effect of breast enhancement. Therefore, women should not inject hyaluronic acid during breastfeeding.
