Does taking Misoprodol mean I have a miscarriage?

Does taking Misoprodol mean I have a miscarriage?

Among medical abortions, misoprostol is one of the more commonly used drugs, but it is generally effective for women whose menstruation has not stopped within 50 days. If the pregnancy is too long, it is not suitable to take misoprostol for abortion. But does taking misoprostol count as medical abortion? After taking miso, you should pay attention to your reaction. If you vomit, you should pay attention to whether you have vomited out the medicine. You should also pay attention to abdominal pain and bleeding. If you see the gestational sac being discharged, it can be considered a success.

Misoprodol is usually used together with mifepristone for medical abortion. Suitable for intrauterine pregnancy within 49 days of amenorrhea. After taking miso, there are side effects of nausea and vomiting, some people may also have fever and chills, there may be abdominal pain and bleeding, and some may have diarrhea. The specific time varies from person to person. Generally, the gestational sac is expelled within 6 hours after taking miso. Clean the blood clots discharged from the vagina and look for round or oval white meat balls. Pay attention to the blood clots that are discharged. If the pills are not spit out and a white, fluffy gestational sac is discharged, it means the abortion is successful. Avoid spicy, stimulating and cold foods. Remember to check regularly.
