Fallopian tube bleeding

Fallopian tube bleeding

The fallopian tube of women is an important part, which directly affects whether normal pregnancy can be achieved. No matter where in the body, inflammatory diseases need to be taken seriously and treated. Because of the existence of inflammatory diseases, normal life is affected. Some women may have infertility problems due to inflammatory diseases of the fallopian tubes. So how should fallopian tube inflammation and bleeding be treated?

Does fallopian tube inflammation cause bleeding?

Generally speaking, female fallopian tube inflammation is divided into acute and chronic types. The symptoms of female fallopian tube inflammation are:

1. Symptoms of acute salpingitis: Acute inflammation often presents with lower abdominal pain, accompanied by fever. In severe cases, symptoms include chills, high fever, and when an abscess is formed, there is a lower abdominal mass and local irritation. Check the patient's acute appearance, lower abdominal muscle tension, tenderness, and rebound pain. Gynecological examination: vaginal congestion, tenderness and fullness of the vault, purulent secretions from the cervix, tenderness of the uterine body, cervical lifting pain, and tenderness in the adnexal areas on both sides of the uterine body. When an abscess is formed, a cystic mass can be touched.

2. Symptoms of chronic salpingitis: The systemic symptoms of patients with chronic inflammation are not very obvious, with symptoms such as lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar pain. The symptoms are aggravated after excessive fatigue. During gynecological examination of the adnexal area, thickened fallopian tubes with mild tenderness may be felt. When there is hydrosalpinx or ovarian cyst, cystic tumors may be felt beside the uterus with poor mobility. Chronic adnexitis may have acute or subacute attacks with symptoms of the acute phase.

Therefore, considering the symptoms of acute and chronic fallopian tube inflammation, fallopian tube inflammation generally does not cause bleeding.

How to treat fallopian tube inflammation

1. General treatment. Rest in bed, in a semi-recumbent position to localize the inflammation and prevent it from spreading upward; pay attention to nutritional supplements, and maintain water and electrolyte balance. After the diagnosis is clear, antipyretic and analgesic drugs can be used appropriately.

2. Control infection. Based on pathogenic microorganisms and drug sensitivity tests, try to choose effective antibiotics appropriately, with sufficient dosage and thorough and effective anti-inflammatory effect.

3. Surgical treatment. For patients with salpingitis, immediate surgery should be performed to remove the lesions to prevent the inflammation from spreading rapidly into sepsis and endangering life. For patients with localized pelvic abscesses, if a sense of fullness and fluctuation can be felt in the posterior fornix, incision and drainage can be performed.

Inflammation of the fallopian tubes is extremely harmful to the female body, so you must not ignore it. You must take active preventive measures in your daily life, especially pay attention to personal hygiene and cleanliness. Do not have abortions and gynecological examinations at will. Once the above symptoms are found, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time to avoid affecting your reproductive function.
