5. Relax: Mood is very important. The more anxious you are and the more you think about getting pregnant, the harder it will be to succeed. Don't take it seriously, it's just a natural law and many people have experienced it.

6. Stay away from radiation from electronic products: The electromagnetic fields emitted by electronic products such as laptops and mobile phones may reduce the quality of eggs or sperm, thereby inducing infertility.
