A low cervix generally refers to uterine prolapse, which is a relatively common gynecological disease. It is often related to pregnancy and childbirth. When the cervix is low, it is not good for women's health. You can massage the uterus frequently in daily life, which can promote uterine contraction. In addition, treatment with certain Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine methods can also achieve good improvement. Let us learn about this aspect.
1. Massage the uterus The recovery of the uterus depends on contraction. Under normal circumstances, the uterus can contract to its pre-pregnancy state. That is, after labor begins, the uterus will continue to contract, emptying again and again, leaving no gaps in the uterine cavity. Mothers can learn to massage their uterus, guiding it to contract continuously until there is no bleeding and the uterine cavity remains empty. Poor uterine contraction may result in the risk of heavy bleeding. When there are still blood clots or residual placenta in the uterus, the uterus will first be filled with blood clots; then, the uterine smooth muscle will stop contracting. This is the so-called poor uterine contraction, and there will be a risk of heavy bleeding (hemorrhage).
In order to prevent heavy postpartum bleeding, doctors usually use uterine contractions, which are mainly used to prevent postpartum bleeding and work more quickly. However, it has been a folk tradition since ancient times to use Shenghua Tang to remove blood stasis and promote blood circulation, as a way to help the uterus recover after childbirth. In traditional Chinese medicine, the ingredients in Shenghua Tang itself have the effect of removing blood stasis and replenishing blood. After the blood stasis (blood clots) flows out, the uterus will naturally contract, so Shenghua Tang is more suitable for health care during the postpartum period.
The main causes of uterine prolapse are damage to the cervix, the main cervical ligament and the uterosacral ligament caused by childbirth, as well as the failure of the supporting tissue to return to normal after childbirth. Generally, women with difficult labor are more likely to suffer from uterine prolapse. Frequent coughing, constipation and increased abdominal pressure after childbirth can also cause uterine prolapse. Many new mothers like to lie on their backs during the confinement period, which can easily lead to chronic urinary retention (difficult urination, frequent urination, a feeling of incomplete urination, and sometimes urinary incontinence). The uterus after delivery is prone to become posteriorly positioned. When the abdominal pressure increases, the uterus will slowly slide down the vagina, causing prolapse. Excessive activity after childbirth, especially heavy physical labor such as lifting heavy objects, squatting or standing for long periods of time, etc., can cause uterine prolapse. |
