What should a woman do if her menstruation does not come?

Menstruation is a very magical physiological phenomenon. Under normal circumstances, women will have menstruation every month, and as the physical condition changes, menstruation is prone to change. Sometimes you clearly feel that your period is about to come, but after waiting for several days, your period does not come and there is no bleeding. So, what should women do when their menstruation does not come?

The absence of menstruation is just a phenomenon. The reason I chose it as the title is because I heard that many women have this phenomenon. I originally wanted to use "dysmenorrhea" or something like that as a title, but I felt that it involves too many aspects. I only want to write about this symptom today, so I just gave up on it. Indeed, I have heard many women say that one or two days before their period, the menstrual blood could not flow down, which made them very sad and in a bad mood. Some had a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, some even had dysmenorrhea, and some had fever symptoms.

Only when the blood flushes down will people feel comfortable and all the discomfort symptoms disappear. Delayed menstruation is a common phenomenon that can occur in girls as well as women in their forties or fifties. The main reasons are a small cervical opening or inflammation of the cervix. Many women do not go to the hospital for treatment because it is troublesome and they think it is not a serious matter. Today I would like to recommend a method to everyone to see if it can help you solve this problem which is not a problem.

Every time when menstruation comes but the blood does not come out, we can use self-massage to encourage the blood to be discharged as soon as possible. The method is very simple. You only need to massage two acupoints. One is Sanyinjiao, which is located three inches above the ankle joint on the inner side of the calf. It is very simple to find this acupoint. Use your left hand to find the acupoint on your left foot, and your right hand to find the acupoint on your right foot. Hold the lower part of the calf of the same foot with one hand, place the little finger on the inner ankle joint, and put the four fingers together. The place near the bone next to the index finger is the Sanyinjiao point. Pressing this point will feel intense pain.

Another acupoint is called Hegu, which is located on the palm of the hand, at the midpoint of the line connecting the midpoints of the metacarpal bones of the thumb and index finger. The metacarpal bones are the bones in the palm of the hand, and there is skin connecting the metacarpal bones. When finding this point, open and close your thumb and index finger, and you will see a round muscle bulging on the base of the thumb. The center point of this muscle is the Hegu point, and pressing it will cause a strong feeling of soreness and swelling.

After learning about the acupoints, the next step is massage, especially the Sanyinjiao acupoint. The pressure should be strong, the frequency should be slow, and the number of times should not be too many. Twenty times are enough. Be sure to endure the intense pain during massage. When massaging the Hegu point, the force should be light, the frequency should be fast, and the number of presses should be more, preferably more than 100 times. There will be a slight sore and swollen feeling during the massage.

This method is usually used when menstruation does not come. If you often experience this phenomenon, you might as well insist on massaging once a day in the week before each menstruation until the menstruation comes.
