How to drain the milk stagnation

Milk is the key to a child's growth, but in daily life, many female friends have milk accumulation. 1. Early feeding

4. No fatigue

5. Apply hot compress before feeding

6. Manual massage has good effect

Once milk stasis occurs, correct massage techniques are essential. First try the massage method shown in the picture below. You can apply appropriate lubricants during massage, and auxiliary hot compresses can achieve better results. But remember not to massage violently.

7. Less fat

Excessive consumption of high-fat foods during breastfeeding will increase the fat content in breast milk and cause milk stasis. The correct approach is to eat more high-protein foods, such as milk, eggs, soy products, etc.

8. Drink plenty of water

Most of the components in breast milk are water. Drinking more water is not only helpful for relieving fatigue and promoting milk secretion, but also a good way to reduce the risk of milk stasis.
