The first exercise: Flat single-arm extension

Stretch one arm straight forward, then retract it and switch to the other hand for training.

Second exercise: flat knee bend

After completing the one-arm plank extension, immediately switch to the knee bending movement. Place a sliding plate or towel under your feet. The knee bending movement will use the core muscles of the lower part. When you bend your knees, it is best to keep your abdominal muscles tight and then straighten your feet. After doing 10 times, switch to the next movement.

The third movement: flat flexion

This is the same as knee flexion, and it also uses the core muscles of the lower part. Similarly, place a sliding plate or towel under your feet and use the body flexion movement to keep your core muscles as tight as possible, and use muscle memory to make the core muscles work fully. If it is too difficult for you to support yourself with your palms, you can use your elbows instead and do 10 times.

The fourth movement: open leg plank

For this movement, use your entire forearm to support your body. Try to keep your upper body stable. Slide your feet out and then bring them back in. Keep your core muscles tight during the entire movement. Do this 10 times as well.

Fifth move: Mountain climber

This is the last movement. When doing the mountain climber, the left foot and the right foot together count as 1 rep, and you need to do 10 reps.
