How long after eyelashes can I touch water?

Whether a woman is beautiful or not has a lot to do with some facial features, such as her eyelashes. Eyelashes are located above the eyes. Long eyelashes make women look more lively and add a lot of color. However, the condition of eyelashes is basically innate, and they are what they are when they are born. However, it can be improved by eyelash extensions. So, how long after eyelash transplantation can you touch water? Let’s take a look below.

How long can eyelash grafting be exposed to water?

Eyelash grafting is a grafting method that uses quick-drying glue to glue false eyelashes to your own eyelashes, so it is best not to touch water within 3-4 hours after the operation is completed. After 4 hours when the glue is completely dry, you can touch water at will, but you still need to be careful when washing your face, otherwise it will easily cause the grafted false eyelashes to fall off.

How to wash your face after eyelash grafting

Step 1: Take appropriate amount of cleanser

Take appropriate amount of cleansing mousse or facial cleanser into the palm of your hand. The girls' grafted eyelashes are glued together, so try to choose a mild cleanser to avoid causing the glue to dissolve and causing the eyelashes to fall off.

Step 2: Clean your face

Rub the facial cleanser into foam, then apply the foam evenly on the face (remember to avoid the roots of eyelashes), and clean the face by massaging. However, you must be gentle when washing your face. Do not rub your face hard, especially around the eyes. Girls can gently press with a wet towel when cleaning their eyes, and try to avoid rubbing your eyelashes. If you are not sure of the strength when using a towel, you can use a cotton swab or makeup remover cotton to dip in a proper amount of warm water, wring it out and gently wipe around your eyes.

Step 3: Wash off the cleanser

It is recommended to use warm water to remove cleansing products from your face by splashing. You can gently wipe around the eyes with a sponge, and do not use strong water or touch the eyelashes with your hands.

Step 4: Wipe dry

Use a facial sponge, cleansing cloth or tissue to wipe off excess water from your face. Please press and dry the eyes, remember not to rub them, as rubbing is too violent. Be gentle on the fragile skin around the eyes! It can also prevent the grafted false eyelashes from falling off.

Step 5: Apply daily skin care products

After cleansing your face, you can apply facial care products as usual. When using oily skin care products and eye creams, please remember to avoid the roots of eyelashes to avoid dissolving the glue that bonds the grafted eyelashes and causing them to fall off.
