How to shorten the duration of menstruation? It is better to let nature take its course. A normal menstrual cycle is 5-7 days, with the heaviest flow on the second day, less on the fourth day, and then back to normal on the fifth day. I suggest you not to deliberately reduce the number of days of menstruation. Of course there are ways to reduce the number of days. But it is not advisable and may affect your future fertility.
