How to make nipples pink?

For young girls, the nipples are usually pink or red, but as people get older, especially after breastfeeding, women's nipples will turn darker, and sometimes brown. This is a manifestation of pigmentation and a very normal physiological phenomenon. If you want to make your nipples pink, first of all, you must pay attention to breast health. You can also take the following high-tech methods.

How to make nipples pink?

1. Using laser method

The advantage is fast effect, while the disadvantage is long wound recovery time and high cost. The cost varies from NT$8,000 to NT$10,000, depending on the size of the areola. The recovery period is about 10 to 12 days. After the scab falls off, the areola will turn pink like that of a young girl. However, depending on individual physical condition, the original color will return in about 3 to 6 months.

2. Tattooing

Tattooing the areola pink will have a long-lasting effect, but red tattoos are difficult to remove. Once a pink nipple is tattooed, it may be difficult to remove. This is a quick way to make the areola red.

3. Use areola cream

Areola cream contains some whitening ingredients, which will have some effect when used, and the side effects are not obvious. However, it is still questionable whether the effect of reddening the areola is significant. If you can avoid physical stimulation and take proper care of your breasts, the swelling will naturally fade as time goes by, but it is impossible to return to the state before childbirth.

4. Use whitening products

Applying whitening products containing arbutin, L-ascorbic acid and A acid to the areola has a nourishing effect, but the whitening effect is limited. In addition, for those whose areola darkens due to hormonal changes after pregnancy and childbirth, since melanin is deposited in the dermis, and whitening products are only effective in diluting the melanin in the epidermis, applying whitening skin care products on the nipples will not be effective and will not make the areola red.

5. Areola bleaching

This is a relatively more effective way to solve the problem of how to make the areola red. The surgical method of areola bleaching is to draw a circle with an appropriate radius (generally 1.5-2.5cm) with the nipple as the center. The circular areola skin outside this range should be excised, and the dermis and subcutaneous vascular network should be retained to prevent insufficient blood supply to the nipple and areola. A triangular piece of skin is cut off from the outer circle in the transverse direction to reduce the radius so that it is consistent with the radius of the new areola. Finally, the outer circle is slightly freed subcutaneously and then sutured in place.
