What are the symptoms of uterine prolapse during normal delivery?

Modern medical technology is advanced. Unlike in the past when childbirth was only possible through natural birth, scientific reproductive technology can now fully support caesarean sections. Despite this, many mothers still choose natural birth. Damage to the birth canal is inevitable during natural birth, so rest is necessary after delivery. There will be a feeling of uterine pain after delivery, which is uterine prolapse. The Chinese have the habit of confinement after childbirth so that pregnant women can have enough time to recover.

During normal childbirth, the main symptoms of uterine prolapse are a feeling of falling and back pain, especially after fatigue. This feeling of falling will be more severe when tired. If the condition continues to worsen, it will affect labor. Patients often have frequent urination, difficulty urinating or urinary incontinence. Some patients will experience a sudden increase in abdominal pressure when laughing, coughing violently, or exerting too much force, which will cause a feeling of uterine prolapse. Because normal childbirth damages the birth canal, it takes a certain amount of time for uterine prolapse to recover.

1. Women with uterine prolapse generally have urinary system diseases, especially when coughing, sneezing, or walking, urine will flow out of the urethra involuntarily. The vulva, which is often stimulated by urine, will become inflamed, causing redness, swelling, itching and other symptoms of the vulva. Symptoms of postpartum uterine prolapse can also lead to death, difficulty urinating, and some patients cannot urinate even if they exert force.

2. Women with uterine prolapse will feel a feeling of falling in the lower abdomen, and usually have back pain. Now the pain in the deep lumbar sacral area is more severe, and these pains do not have obvious tenderness points. This is caused by the prolapse of the uterus pulling the surrounding supporting tissues, thereby causing secondary bleeding in the prolapsed area. At the same time, symptoms of postpartum uterine prolapse will also appear. The patient will have pain in the right lower abdomen and a feeling of swelling in the vagina and vulva. The patient's symptoms will be significantly aggravated after moderate physical activity, and the symptoms will be alleviated after lying down.

3. Constipation, abdominal distension, and difficulty in defecation. When uterine prolapse is more serious, the vaginal wall may also swell and the rectum may be compressed. At this time, the patient will have difficulty in defecation, causing constipation and difficulty in defecation. Difficulty in defecation may cause abdominal distension.

4. As uterine prolapse becomes more serious, the menstruation of many women will be seriously affected. At the same time, the amount of leucorrhea will increase and appear as yellow pus or blood.

An unhealthy life will make our body worse and worse. Women with uterine prolapse, especially those who have uterine prolapse after normal delivery, must go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. It is also necessary to understand the symptoms of this disease. When the disease occurs, it will cause a series of symptoms of the patient's urinary system, causing women to experience constipation, abdominal distension, and difficulty defecation, and it will also affect women's menstruation.
