What causes sudden uterine pain?

When it comes to uterine problems, women have always paid great attention to it, because women should maintain their uterus in daily life. Only in this way can they prevent diseases. A healthy uterus is not only helpful for conceiving life, but also can have normal menstruation, and women will not be troubled by dysmenorrhea. When the uterus feels stinging, what is going on?

1. HPV test

HPV infection is mostly transmitted through sexual intercourse. Both men and women have the chance of being infected with HPV, and the main sexually transmitted diseases that men suffer from after infection are "warts". However, the worst outcome for women infected with this virus may be cervical cancer.

Precocious women: Girls who start their sexual life too early usually show premature puberty of their sexual organs, which invisibly increases the probability of getting sick.

Women who enjoy sex: This type of women has an endless pursuit of a beautiful sex life, so they should know how to maintain and protect their private parts from diseases.

Open-minded women: If you have more than one sexual partner, you should be more aware of the risks you face. In addition to having your own HPV screening done every year, you must also make sure that all your sexual partners are not infected with HPV.

Tolerant women: This type of women's partners have other sexual partners, which is obviously a very tricky thing. Unless you never have sex with him, you should urge yourself and your loved one to undergo HPV screening in a timely manner.

Selfish women: Women who are more self-centered sometimes find it difficult to change bad habits in life, such as smoking, drinking, and nightlife, which will lead to a decrease in immunity and ultimately increase the chance of illness. Regular check-ups can at least protect you.

2. TCT examination

TCT examination: TCT is the abbreviation of liquid-based thin-layer cytology test. TCT examination uses a liquid-based thin-layer cytology detection system to detect cervical cells and perform TBS cytological classification diagnosis. It is currently the most advanced cervical cancer cell cytology examination technology in the world. Compared with the traditional cervical scraping Pap smear examination, it has significantly improved the specimen satisfaction and the detection rate of abnormal cervical cells. The TCT cervical cancer cell examination has a 100% detection rate for cervical cancer cells. It can also detect precancerous lesions and microbial infections such as fungi, Trichomonas, and Chlamydia.

3. Endometrial biopsy

A minor operation is performed before or within 12 hours of menstruation to remove some endometrium for examination. If there is a change in secretion, it means ovulation has occurred. If there is a proliferative change, it means no ovulation has occurred. Other lesions such as endometrial tuberculosis can also be checked.

A small piece of endometrium (the mucus membrane lining the uterus) is removed 1 to 3 days before your expected menstrual period. An endometrial biopsy involves inserting a small instrument through the cervix and into the uterus to obtain a sample. Biopsy is primarily used to determine whether the luteal phase of the fertility cycle is adequate. If ovulation has occurred, histological examination will show changes in endometrial glandular secretions. The procedure may cause uterine cramping and discomfort, and if it is early in the pregnancy, it may cause termination of the pregnancy, but this risk is very small. Therefore, endometrial biopsy is not used as a first-line diagnostic test.
