The raw materials are 15 grams of white fungus, 10 dates, 30 wolfberries, and 30 grams of rock sugar.

Method 1. Put the white fungus into warm water and soak it for 30 minutes. After the Tremella is fully expanded, wash it with clean water, remove the roots, and tear it into small pieces;

2. Put it in a pot, add water and boil over high heat;
