There's a foul smell down there, what's going on?

During the usual consultation process, there are often women who come to consult and say that they have a fishy smell down there, which is a smell that even they themselves find unacceptable. If they are close to other people, other people will also smell the smell on her. This condition does indeed bother many female patients, making them afraid to get close to others. At the same time, they also have a great psychological burden. Today, we will do some analysis on the issue of fishy smell down there in women.

Under normal circumstances, a woman's lower body will not have any odor. If a woman's lower body has an odor, it is mainly because the leucorrhea has an odor. At the same time, the leucorrhea is pus-like, tofu-like, or bloody, which are all caused by lesions. Generally, in most cases, it is caused by inflammation. If you find any abnormality, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time, otherwise your health may be seriously damaged. The presence of an unpleasant odor in the lower body is a type of abnormal leucorrhea and a warning sign for many gynecological diseases. Abnormal leucorrhea is a symptom of many gynecological diseases. Below we introduce several gynecological diseases related to abnormal leucorrhea.

Symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease: Systemic symptoms are mostly not obvious, sometimes there may be low fever and fatigue. The course of the disease is long, and some patients may have symptoms of neurasthenia.

Scar adhesions and pelvic congestion caused by chronic inflammation can cause lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar pain, which often worsen after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation.

Symptoms of cervicitis;

1. Acute cervicitis: increased leucorrhea, which is purulent, accompanied by low back pain and lower abdominal discomfort.

2. Chronic cervicitis: excessive leucorrhea, which is milky white, mucous or contains blood, or bleeding during sexual intercourse, accompanied by vulvar itching, lumbosacral pain, and aggravation during menstruation.

3. Physical signs: In acute cervicitis, gynecological examination shows cervical congestion, edema, and tenderness; in chronic cervicitis, gynecological examination shows varying degrees of cervical erosion, hypertrophy, or polyps.

A woman's vulva will emit some unique odors, which are related to some secretions from the vagina and vulva. Under normal circumstances, the fluids secreted by the vagina and vulva prevent bacterial invasion and maintain local lubrication; when there are reproductive system diseases, especially inflammatory diseases, a certain amount of inflammatory secretions will be secreted. The former is physiological and the latter is pathological.

Pathological (inflammatory) secretions often have a foul odor, and the amount of leucorrhea increases significantly, the color is dirty yellow, and sometimes even pus and blood. Most are infections caused by various microorganisms, including Trichomonas, fungi, and various bacteria.

Physiological secretions are mostly colorless or very light yellow, thinner, and have a certain relationship with the menstrual cycle. The most important thing is that this secretion is slightly acidic and has a special sour taste, such as the special stench described in ancient novels that is like orchid but not orchid, and like musk but not musk. In fact, this smell is unique to women. Most people are accustomed to it and cannot distinguish it. You can tell your classmate to ask his relatives and friends. They will definitely not be able to smell this so-called odor. From the perspective of the male-female relationship of organisms, this special odor may have a good effect in attracting the opposite sex. Knowing this, you will be at ease.
