What are the signs that ovulation is over? What are the symptoms after ovulation is over?

Under normal circumstances, women need to experience ovulation once a month. The few days before and after ovulation are generally called the ovulation period. If sperm enters the fallopian tube during the ovulation period, it will cause pregnancy. In fact, women will have some symptoms during the ovulation period, and some symptoms will also appear in the body after ovulation. So what are the symptoms after ovulation?

What are the signs or feelings during ovulation?

1. More energetic and sexier

When ovulation arrives, women will be more attractive and more confident. Studies have shown that the levels of estrogen and progesterone in women change during ovulation, making them more feminine.

2. High sexual desire and strong passion

During ovulation, women's appetite decreases but their sexual desire increases unexpectedly. First of all, if you are planning to have a baby, you will have a strong desire for sex psychologically, and your sexual needs will be the highest at this time because you have a psychological need to conceive.

3. Increased leucorrhea with low viscosity

Leucorrhea is mostly colorless and odorless mucus, which mainly plays the role of moistening the vagina, excreting waste, and inhibiting the growth of pathogens. During the ovulation period, women's vaginal discharge will increase significantly and become thin and milky white. If you wipe it with toilet paper, you will find egg white-like mucus strips.

4. The body temperature rises, which is difficult to detect

If a woman's ovulation function is normal, her basal body temperature will fluctuate with the secretion of progesterone before and after ovulation. Studies have shown that during ovulation, estrogen is secreted in large quantities, the basal body temperature rises by about 0.5°C, and some female friends may experience a low-grade fever.

5. Slight pain in the lower abdomen, which is ovulation pain

You may experience dysmenorrhea symptoms during menstruation, and mild lower abdominal pain may also occur during ovulation, which is called ovulation pain. Sometimes it is accompanied by a certain amount of chest pain, but ovulation pain is generally not obvious. About 1/3 of women experience ovulation pain.

6. Ovulation bleeding is a normal phenomenon

Sometimes there will be slight vaginal bleeding during ovulation, which is mostly a normal physiological phenomenon.

7. Resistance declines, bacteria invade

The ovulation period exists to allow sperm to combine with the egg smoothly. At this time, the vagina is also quite cooperative, and the vaginal secretions will become thinner, making it easier for sperm to enter the female body.

8. Anal swelling and lower abdominal pain

During a woman's ovulation period, the mature egg breaks through the follicle from the surface of the ovary and is discharged. At this time, a small amount of fluid in the follicle will flow into the lowest part of the pelvic cavity. For more sensitive female friends, there will be a slight feeling of falling in the anus, or slight pain in the lower abdomen on the side where ovulation occurs.

What are the symptoms after ovulation?

First, a woman's ovulation period is usually about 14 days before the next menstruation, which is the middle of each month. Of course, some women are affected by endocrine, environmental and other factors, which may cause abnormal ovulation and incorrect ovulation time, so there will be mistakes in calculating the ovulation period for contraception.

Second, according to normal ovulation calculations, the 3-5 days after the ovulation period is a period of non-ovulation, also known as the safe period. Therefore, women will not get pregnant if they have sex at this time. What patients need to pay attention to at this time is personal hygiene. Patients should rinse the vagina and vulva before sexual intercourse, and the male genitals should also be cleaned.

Third, in addition to hygienic care, patients should also pay attention to adjusting their mentality, because after the safe period, the patient's menstruation is about to come, and at this time the patient will have many uncomfortable symptoms, such as dysmenorrhea, abnormal leucorrhea, etc. Patients must adapt to the symptoms at this time and face the abnormalities of the body positively.
