In this way, blood is fully retained in the rich blood vessels and sinuses in the corpus cavernosum, causing the penis to erect. Boys who have just entered puberty are curious about sexual stimulation and are more sensitive than adults. Therefore, they tend to have erections more easily than adults, and the duration and frequency of erections are also higher than those of adults.The discharge of fluid is a normal physiological phenomenon. When a man's penis is erect, the corpus cavernosum swells, pressing on a gland in the penis called the paraurethral gland, causing its secretions to squeeze out and hang at the urethral opening. This secretion is the male's prostatic fluid. It does not contain sperm. Its physiological function is to lubricate the glans and prepare for sexual intercourse.
