3. Acupuncture

Acupoints: Tanzhong, Wuyi, Hegu and Zusanli are the main acupoints. Procedure: Use a 1-1.5-inch filiform needle to obliquely insert the needle into the Tanzhong point toward the base of the breast, and also insert the Wuyi point obliquely toward the base of the breast; other points are mainly inserted vertically. After twisting to get qi, the Tanzhong and Wuyi points are needled, and the remaining points are needled once every 10 minutes. Tonify or drain according to the symptoms, the needles are retained for 20 minutes each time. 10 times constitute a course of treatment, with an interval of 3 to 5 days between courses. Treatment is suspended during menstruation.

4. Decoction Method

Ruheyin: 12g Bupleurum, 12g White Peony, 12g Cyperus, 12g Curcuma, 9g Green Peel, 9g Salvia, 9g Trillium, 30g Raw Oyster (pre-boiled), 15g Oldenlandia Diffusa, 30g Prunella Vulgaris, and 15g Astragalus. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, twice a day.

Rukuaixiao Decoction: 15g of Trichosanthes kirilowii, 15g of raw oyster, 15g of Prunella vulgaris, 15g of kelp, 15g of seaweed, 15g of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 9g of Bupleurum, 9g of Asparagus cochinchinensis, 9g of Trillium gracile, 9g of Curcuma zedoaria, 9g of Citrus aurantium leaf, 9g of Citrus aurantium seed, and 9g of Pinellia ternata. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, divided into 2 doses.

Patients should also have good sleeping habits and a good mood in their lives, and seek timely treatment if they find themselves having symptoms of gynecological diseases to avoid worsening of the condition.

Dietary considerations for women with lobular breast hyperplasia

Like to drink: Studies have found that if women have the habit of drinking, especially if they love white wine, it will greatly increase the risk of breast hyperplasia.

Foods containing xanthine: Xanthine can aggravate the symptoms of breast hyperplasia, so you should eat less of it on a daily basis. Foods such as coffee, chocolate, cocoa, etc. are very high in xanthine, so they are not recommended.

Health care products: Many health care products and beauty cosmetics contain large amounts of estrogens, which can further promote lobular hyperplasia of the breast in women. Therefore, women should be cautious when choosing health care products on a daily basis.

Spicy food: Spicy foods such as ginger, chili pepper, and Sichuan pepper can aggravate the disease of breast hyperplasia.
