Dietary considerations for women with lobular breast hyperplasia

Like to drink: Studies have found that if women have the habit of drinking, especially if they love white wine, it will greatly increase the risk of breast hyperplasia.

Foods containing xanthine: Xanthine can aggravate the symptoms of breast hyperplasia, so you should eat less of it on a daily basis. Foods such as coffee, chocolate, cocoa, etc. are very high in xanthine, so they are not recommended.

Health care products: Many health care products and beauty cosmetics contain large amounts of estrogens, which can further promote lobular hyperplasia of the breast in women. Therefore, women should be cautious when choosing health care products on a daily basis.

Spicy food: Spicy foods such as ginger, chili pepper, and Sichuan pepper can aggravate the disease of breast hyperplasia.

Fried foods and foods with high fat content: Surveys have found that women in countries with higher fat intake have an increased risk of developing breast diseases.
