Grains in the breast

Grains in the breast

Gynecological diseases are not just diseases of the female reproductive organs, they may also be breast diseases. Many female friends have symptoms of breast pain, some of which are regular pains while others are irregular pains, which cause a lot of pain to many women. Some women find granular lumps in their breasts when they massage their breasts when they have breast pain, which is scary to touch. There are many reasons for the granular bumps in the breasts. Let’s take a look below.

As the end of the year approaches, many companies organize physical examinations for their employees. I believe that many people will have doubts after the report comes out. The most common symptoms among women are breast granules without tenderness and breast nodules without tenderness. This makes many people worried, not knowing whether they have a serious illness.

We can see on the physical examination report: "Bilateral breasts are diffusely thickened, the boundary between the thickened area and the surrounding breast tissue is not obvious, and the nodules are not tender." Or "Breast granules are not tender."

In fact, this is the examination result of breast hyperplasia. When this sentence appears on the report, it means that you may have breast hyperplasia. Some people may feel a nodule in their breast, and their doctor may recommend further examination.

At this time, many people are often very worried, fearing that it might be cancer or something like that. In fact, most people with larger nodules in the breast are not cancer. On the contrary, those without nodules have a higher chance of developing breast cancer.

Breast nodules may be caused by:

1. Breast fibroids

Breast fibroids are benign tumors that are more common in women aged 20 to 40. The nodules vary in size, from the size of a little finger to the size of an egg. The surface of the nodule is smooth and movable. It does not hurt when pressed by hand. It usually only exists on one breast and has nothing to do with menstruation.

2. Breast hyperplasia

Breast hyperplasia is more common in women aged 35 to 50 and can occur in both breasts. Generally the boundaries are not clear and the texture is not too hard. Some people feel pain, some don't. This disease is related to excessive secretion of estrogen and insufficient secretion of androgen in women.

3. Breast cancer

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the mammary gland epithelial tissue. When cancer is located in the breast, it is not actually dangerous. However, because breast cancer cells have lost the characteristics of normal cells, the connections between cells are loose and they are easy to fall off. The detached cancer cells can easily spread throughout the body through the blood or lymph, causing metastasis and endangering life.

Breast cancer may also cause orange peel-like changes in the breast skin. If there are problems with the physical examination, or if you feel abnormal, you should have further examination as soon as possible.
