Menstrual acupuncture points

In the absence of pregnancy, patients with delayed menstrual cycles of more than 7 days, accompanied by abnormal menstrual volume and menstrual periods, or long-term amenorrhea for more than 6 months need to be treated for menstrual disorders by inducing menstruation. The purpose of inducing menstruation can be achieved by regulating menstruation by replenishing deficiency, promoting qi and blood circulation, and promoting blood circulation. Common acupoints include: Guanyuan, Qihai, Huigui, Xuehai, Mingmen, Qimen, Shenshu, Pishu, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, Taixi, etc.

Massaging the meridian-stimulating points or warming them with methods such as moxibustion can regulate the menstrual period well, dredge the meridians, and also have a tonic effect on the kidneys. In clinical medicine, the efficacy of menstruation-inducing acupoints is relative. If the efficacy is poor, you can consider using Chinese herbal medicine to regulate menstruation, including Bazhen Decoction for nourishing blood and Qi, and Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills for regulating the kidneys.

The fastest way to induce menstruation is to inject drugs, which is the most direct way, but it requires physical conditioning afterwards. At present, the fastest way to induce menstruation is to inject corpus luteum copper. Even if this method is used, people cannot successfully induce menstruation on the same day, and have to wait seven or eight days for it to be effective.

Drinking some healthy soups will taste very different. Drink a bowl of it consistently and your period will come soon. Cook red dates and longan together to make soup, and swallow the residue while drinking the porridge. It can not only replenish qi and blood, but also improve the essence of the female body. If the delayed menstruation is caused by weakness, illness or anemia, your menstruation will come after eating this medicine for two or three days!

The acupoints on the abdomen are still very effective. You just need to gently massage them a few times and slowly adjust them. Lie flat on your back, use the thenar of your left hand to press the Qihai point on the abdomen for one minute, then use your thumb to press the Sanyinjiao point on the ankle, pressing each acupoint for one minute. Massaging the lower abdomen is also the best way to stimulate the uterus, and it is also relatively convenient. Massage every night will have a very good effect. Lie on your side, rub your palms to warm them up, and massage the left and right sides of your lumbar region repeatedly for three minutes. Then use the tip of your thumb to press the Shenshu point, Mingmen point, and Baqiao point for 3 minutes each, until you feel a sore and swollen feeling.
