The correct way to apply hot towel to chest

For women, breasts must be well maintained. If not, breasts are likely to develop various diseases, such as breast hyperplasia and breast cancer. In addition, during the breastfeeding period, in order to ensure the quality and quantity of milk, certain maintenance measures can also be taken, and applying a hot towel to the chest is one of them. However, applying a hot towel to the chest requires certain skills and methods!

1. The correct way to apply hot towel to chest

There are many ways to apply hot compress. In medicine, hot compress is usually applied by applying clean gauze or soaking it in liquid medicine and then using it locally on the skin. For hot compress in daily life, you can soak a clean towel in hot water, wring it out slightly, and apply it locally. The temperature should not be too high at this time to avoid damaging the skin.

In addition to hot compresses, infrared therapy can be used in conjunction with hot compresses for more than 48 hours. Infrared therapy has better penetration.

2. How long should I use a hot towel to heat my chest every day?

Use a hot towel, and keep changing it for a total of 20 minutes. After the hot compress, gently wipe the nipples with gauze, and finally apply a little olive oil. The appropriate hot compress temperature should not exceed 45 degrees, otherwise it will easily cause burns to the breasts and nipples.

3. Breast care precautions

Avoid using hot water to irritate the breasts when taking a bath, and don't soak in hot water for a long time. Otherwise it will loosen the soft tissue of the breast and cause dry skin. The water temperature for bathing should be around 27 degrees.

Before getting out of the bath, you can rinse your breasts with slightly cooler water. The purpose is to exercise the breast and chest skin and enhance its elasticity. After getting out of the bath, apply skin care lotion in a circular motion starting from the nipples and rubbing outwards to the neck.

A woman's back is closely related to the fitness of her breasts. When you walk, keep your back straight and your breasts will naturally stand up; when you sit or stand, you should also hold your chest and head up.

The best sleeping position is lying on your back to avoid squeezing your breasts. It is advisable to choose a bra that does not cause a sense of pressure on the breasts.

Taking several deep breaths every morning or evening can help your breasts develop fully.

Eating fish, meat and dairy products in moderation can add a small amount of fat and keep your breasts plump. Otherwise, although you will become slimmer, your breasts will gradually shrink.

Swimming is very beneficial for breast fitness, because water exercise and water massage of the breasts will make the pectoral muscles evenly developed, making the breasts healthy and elastic. But when participating in any activity, you should avoid external forces that may impact your breasts.
