6. Feng Sui Tang

30 grams of pine nuts, 60 grams of walnut kernels, and 30 grams of cypress nuts. Mash pine nuts, cypress nuts and walnut kernels into a paste, mix it with honey, take 6 grams once a day with warm water. One course of treatment is 15-20 days. Produces gold to moisten dryness. It is mainly used to treat constipation caused by the damage of body fluids and dryness. It is especially suitable for constipation in the elderly.

7. Siren Tongbian Decoction

10 grams each of sweet almonds, pine nuts, hemp seeds, and cypress nuts.
