Massage techniques to relieve chest pain

There are many reasons why women experience breast pain, some are physiological and some are pathological. If it is caused by a disease, symptomatic treatment is required. Although physiological breast pain is not very serious, persistent pain in sensitive breasts is uncomfortable and can be relieved by massage. So, what are the massage techniques to relieve chest pain? Let’s take a look below.

Massage exercises to relieve breast pain

1. Finger pressing: Use the middle finger to press the Tanzhong, Qimen, Rugen, Zusanli and Taichong points for 10 seconds;

2. Finger tapping: Use the tips of four fingers to tap the opposite breast, centering on the areola, in a circular pattern for 5 times;

3. Rub: Put four fingers together, open the thumb naturally, place the palm close to the skin, and rub the breast 10 circles with the nipple as the center. Cross your hands and rub your ribs 10 times with your palms;

4. Kneading: Use the thumb and index finger to knead the opposite breast for lumps. If there are no lumps, knead the breast from the inside of the breast to the armpit.

5. Rub and push: Hold the breast with your left hand, and use the four fingers of your right hand to rub and push from the upper and lower outer edges of the breast toward the nipple three times; hold the breast with your right hand, and use the four fingers of your left hand to rub from the upper and lower inner edges of the breast toward the nipple three times.

Hold the breast with your right hand, and use the four fingers of your left hand to rub from the outer upper and outer lower edges of the breast to the nipple three times; hold the breast with your left hand, and use the four fingers of your right hand to rub from the inner upper and inner lower edges of the breast to the nipple three times;

6. Use your thumb on one side and the other four fingers together on the other side, open your tiger's mouth, and push from the outside of both sides of the chest to the center to prevent the chest from expanding outward, 30 times on each side;

7. Keep your hands in the same shape, starting from the left chest, push the left breast to the center from the outside with your left hand, and push it up from the bottom of the left breast with your right hand until it reaches the clavicle. In other words, push the left breast with both hands alternately, repeat 30 times, then switch to the right breast. This action is very important.

8. Make your hands into a hood shape, with your five fingers slightly apart, so that they can cover your breasts. Bend over slightly, cover your breasts with both hands, and then pull from the bottom (not the lower part) toward the nipple. Repeat 20 times.

Massage precautions

1. The intensity of the massage should be controlled well. It is best not to use too much force, so that you can accept it within the range;

2. The massage time should not be too long, 10 minutes each time is enough;

3. Do not tense your whole body during massage. The massage will only be effective when your body is relaxed.
